Ok, we did not fill the grape juice into real wooden barrels (yet) but the grapes have been pressed and the juice has been filled into the tanks.
The white has been filled into three tanks, which have been named Anna, Alyssa and Elina by Susanna’s parents.
The red one of course has it’s own tank.
Now Susanna and her father are constantly observing the fermentation process and ensure that the result will be superb 😊
Regarding barrels, the red one will most probably be filled into a wooden barrel for a great finishing early next year.
