On Saturday, February 26th, it was yet again time to bottle the finished wine. The entire 2021 vintage „Wiener Gemischter Satz“ and Rosé, as well as the 2020 red wine, which was still in the barrique, was successfully bottled. A total of around 2100 bottles were filled in just under six hours.
Unfortunately, the team had to carry out the bottling without the help and experience of Susanna’s father, as he injured his knee on Friday evening and had to be brought to the hospital. Surgery of his knee took place immediately and thank God he is doing well under the circumstances.

Nevertheless, the filling of the bottles ran like a clockwork once again under Susanna’s guidance. Each work step harmonized as lubricated with the next.
