The 2021 vintage is bottled

On Saturday, February 26th, it was yet again time to bottle the finished wine. The entire 2021 vintage „Wiener Gemischter Satz“ and Rosé, as well as the 2020 red wine, which was still in the barrique, was successfully bottled. From Tanks into Bottles

On March 29th Susanna lead a perfectly orchestrated family bottle-filling line.Within five hours we filled 1400 bottles of white and 200 bottles of red wine. Susanna’s father was operating the filter and ensured that the pipes are placed correctly.
